My Mental Health Motivates me. it’s really important to me. It affects how I think, feel, and act as we cope with life. It also helps determine how I handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life from childhood and adolescence through adulthood and aging. I try to mediate every morning before I start my day.
